Account manager
We are hiring for the commercial department
At Andornet, we are currently looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to carry out commercial sales, purchase management and logistics coordination, in line with the company’s general management and values.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying needs, proposing solutions, and following up with clients. Communication skills, initiative and a clear focus on customer satisfaction and results are essential.
The goal is to achieve the financial objectives set by the company, adding value and efficiency in every step of the commercial process.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Languages: Catalan and Spanish (required), English (desirable)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Knowledge of certifications specific to the marketed products and services
- Personal skills: common sense, initiative, planning, commitment, goal orientation, ability to work, self-confidence, self-development, communication, teamwork, customer orientation and decision-making
- Previous experience in a similar position will be valued
Main duties
- Identify potential clients’ needs through commercial visits
- Prepare customized collaboration proposals
- Follow up on assigned clients
- Present projects in their various phases
- Process orders and respond to inquiries
- Manage purchases and product reception
- Lead online product promotion campaigns (Newsletters, Ads, social networks...)
- CRM management and updates
- Draft documentation for the department: service portfolio, templates, etc.
Occasional duties
- Conduct inventories
- Participate in meetings with other departments

- Schedule: 7:45 am - 2:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. Intensive day on Fridays and during summer
- Salary to be determined based on candidate's experience
