Building the path to purchase
Marketing automation is divided into several stages:
First Stage Lead scoring is a technique used to qualify a user with a score based on their interaction with our company and the stage of the purchasing process they are in. When the user registers via a web form or our newsletter, a tracking cookie is installed so we can identify the actions they take on our website and score them based on pre-established criteria.
Second Stage At this stage, the user doesn’t know us and isn’t considering purchasing any of our products or services. The visitor may have landed on our website through a Google Ads ad, SEO, or social media.
Third Stage Lead automation consists of sending a series of emails progressively based on the user''s behavior and score.
We know at what stage of the buying cycle the user is and how ready they are to make a purchase, so we can offer content according to their score and the stage of the process they are in.
